I play Blitz 3 online 5 in person. If you wan't to play slower time control 15 min in person. I play with no clock, but I will keep my bicycle reving.
Check Brotherman7 on Youtube.
There are many good players in the park where I play. If you come be humble, some one will beat you shortly.
We play touch piece, move piece, release piece, hit clock to minimize arguments. During live action. Hit clock with piece move hand; Checkmate supersedes the clock. or in basketball terminology; its good if it goes.
If you don't respect check and you hit the clock, we can and will take your king off of the board, in all kinds of variations, ranging from bogard snatching to mild toppeling. I will hold a meaningless conversation with you when you move and don't hit the clock, and I will call you dow
Those guys, bogard kings, topple them over, board map path to kings demise, when check is slept. On the ICC you hear the buzzer. The theme of The Matrix is there somewhere.
I use the ICC to play better in person.
I am bicycling a lot lately, and lifting weights between intervals.
