I started to train Ulyadin Merdanov at a Russian Championship U-9 (25-30, May, 2017). He was 95-th out of 376 there. After 3 months of our preparation he took 21-st (tied 12-24) place at a European Youth Championship U-8 in Mamaia, Romania (5-14, September, 2017).
"Moscow Open - 2018 U-9" (2018.01.25 - 2018.02.03): 7/9, 5 wins and 4 draws, tied 5-13 out of 210 participants, 11-th by coefficient.
